Free yourself of pain. And the network protocol.
Back in Action Rehabilitation distances itself from other rehabilitation providers with personalized care and service. You will walk away feeling as though you were treated as an individual with your own unique concerns and difficulties. You are not a number or an appointment time but rather a person with a name that is now on a team completely dedicated to your recovery and return to the lifestyle you are looking for. Corporate healthcare and depersonalization is becoming the norm with healthcare with Back in Action being a stunning polar opposite, a place where people love to work and have fun in doing so. Ask your neighbor or friend for their experience we are betting on it as word of mouth is our best referral.

CA Cellars

“CA Cellars is a full service lounge serving the finest restaurant quality wines, beers, and cocktails in the area. It is a full service bar that also sells wines, cheeses, custom flat breads, pizzas, summer sausages products, and cheese spreads to take home or in house at the cellar. CA Cellars also customizes gift boxes for special events for pick up. Boxes include: wine, cheese, chocolate/sweet, and a sausage product in a decorative gift box. The atmosphere is “chill” – a feel of a “Speakeasy”. We refrain from loud music and the run of the mill “Tavern” atmosphere focusing on being a conversation place. The cellar is a great spot to enjoy friends and family’s company over wine, food, and cocktails. Private event rentals are available.”

Crossroads Care Center of Mayville
Crossroads Care Center of Mayville is ideally located on the edge of town where it provides outstanding skilled nursing care, short term rehab and long term care. Our philosophy is to celebrate each day while making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Our quiet, home-like campus is a significant asset in the pursuit of that goal. Across the street from a residential neighborhood with nice, single-family homes, we are also a short distance from the Mayville downtown district and almost a stone’s throw from the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge.

Skilled care and compassion equal outstanding services.
Our goal is to make your goals happen and that starts with a commitment to listening. By listening, we’re able to identify your goals. We then work with your primary care physician to create a tailored rehabilitation plan that will help you get there. This includes occupational, physical and speech therapy, all designed to help you reach your highest level of mobility and personal independence. We also provide post-acute care, short-term respite care and offer a certified memory program for those suffering with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. We also offer out-patient therapy. We work closely with local doctors. Additionally, we provide on-site behavioral healthcare. The quality of our skilled nursing care, therapy and other services has earned Crossroads Care Center of Mayville a 5-Star Rating with Medicare, the highest ranking they offer. Above all, we are always taking care, giving care. We believe that encouragement is the most effective motivation to help our residents succeed.

Social and emotional care is enhanced by outstanding amenities.
A community centered nursing home, Crossroads Care Center of Mayville is supported by many local volunteers who help residents to feel at home and welcome in this small town about an hour northwest of Milwaukee. Our Activities Director maintains a full calendar with stimulating activities and opportunities for warm social interactions. Indoor activities include bingo, movies and musical events. We also have birthday and holiday celebrations and community outings for dining, shopping, religious services and more. Crossroads Care Center of Mayville is within half a mile of 10 restaurants offering everything from family dining and cafes to Chinese cuisine. We are equally close to the Mayville Library, Mayville Historical Society and eight churches of different denominations. But, you don’t have to go out to find quality dining.
Our expert dietician works with the kitchen staff to ensure all meals are nutritious and delicious. We then serve each meal restaurant style making the experience a celebration of good food and good friends. Our facility, surrounded by a walking path, backs up to a wooded area where deer and wild turkeys often make appearances. We have lounge areas – great places to visit with friends and family, or just to read a good book – at the ends of our Deerpath and Meadowview wings, not to mention our wicker lounge, activity room, a spacious front lobby and a patio outside of the dining room with raised garden beds. And we have an on-site beauty salon.

How We Work Together

As an Edward Jones financial adviser, I believe it’s important to invest my time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. It’s also important to understand the level of risk you’re comfortable accepting when investing so we can balance it with the steps necessary to reach your long-term goals.

Whether you’re planning for retirement, saving for college for children or grandchildren, or just trying to protect the financial future of the ones you care for the most, we can work together to develop specific strategies to help you achieve your goals. We can also monitor your progress to help make sure you stay on track or determine if any adjustments need to be made. Throughout it all, we’re dedicated to providing you top-notch client service.

But we’re not alone. Thousands of people and advanced technology support our office so we can help ensure you receive the most current and comprehensive guidance. In addition, we welcome the opportunity to work with your attorney, accountant and other trusted professionals to deliver a comprehensive strategy that leverages everyone’s expertise. Working together, we can help you develop a complete, tailored strategy to help you achieve your financial goals.

Old World Sausage Makers at Horicon Meat Company
Awards 2013
Leroy Meats and Catering began in the small town of LeRoy, Wisconsin in the late 1920’s under the name LeRoy Locker. The store butchered, cut, and stored meat for farmers and made old world fresh and smoked sausage with recipes brought over from German immigrants, many of which are still made the same way today.

Through the years many awards were won at the state and national levels including an international award in Ghent, Belgium. LeRoy Locker quickly became known as not only having the best sausage products in the United States but also in the entire world.

In 1990 the business moved to Horicon, Wisconsin and updated the name to Leroy Meats of Horicon. The still family owned Leroy Meats continues the traditions of old but added many new products including over 60 varieties of brats in which we recently won the title of best brat in the state of Wisconsin 3 years in a row.

Leroy Meats has become known for nothing but the best meat and sausage products in the entire area and still selling at very competitive prices. Our full service catering staff is also on hand to serve small parties up to large weddings and gathering. All food is cooked from scratch and like anything else uses only top quality ingredients.

Our newly expanded store is open to serve you with friendly service and professional butcher who can specially cut and we even tell you how to cook. We at Leroy Meats want you to enjoy your experience here and are looking forward to serve you.

You have my personal guarantee on all the products we sell.

Thank You,
~ Scott Hurst

Mayville Insurance is an independent insurance agency with offices in Mayville and West Bend, WI.
Our agency was founded in 1947 by E. “Stony” Steinbach.
From the very beginning, Mayville Insurance has been focused on serving the individuals, families, and businesses of Mayville, as well as Dodge, Washington, and Fond du lac Counties.
Unlike some agencies, we take the time to get to know our policyholders and really do treat them like family.  When you call our office, you’ll be sure to be greeted by a friendly voice, and not an answering machine.  It’s the little things such as this that have generations of local families choose to do business with us.  If you are new to the area, we’d like to welcome you, and hope that you are finding the people of the Mayville area neighborly as we strive to be.
If you have a question about your insurance, feel free to give us a call at either our Mayville (920.387.2140)  or West Bend Office (262.247.8045)!

Sure-Fire Inc. is Dodge County’s largest heating and air conditioning contractor, founded in 1947 by Emil Malesevich. Our mission then, as it remains today, is to provide only the highest quality heating and air conditioning systems and service to the area. Emil recognized back in 1947, that away from the larger metropolitan areas, finding a knowledgeable heating contractor was next to impossible. Typically, these services were provided by hardware or department stores, or small one or two man shops. Emil applied his engineering background to the heating field. The result was a superior heating system which provided a degree of comfort not thought possible before.

Our first shop was located at 668 N. Main Street in Mayville. In 1958, the shop was moved to a larger facility at 316 Dayton Street; several additions at this site soon followed. In 1972, Sure-Fire expanded its capabilities to include electrical contracting. In 1974, Behm Heating in Beaver Dam was purchased. Five years later, a satellite shop in Waupun was opened. By 1983. we outgrew our Mayville shop and consolidated the Beaver Dam and Mayville operations into the 18,000 square foot complex in Horicon, WI., in which we are presently headquartered. In 1992, to better serve our rapidly growing customer base in Fond du Lac and surrounding areas, we moved our satellite shop from Waupun to Fond du Lac.

Today, engineered heating and air conditioning and electrical systems are still Sure-Fire’s hallmark. Because of our success, we’ve grown considerably, and our family includes over 30 craftsmen. Our product and service lines included the following four divisions -computer dispatched heating and air conditioning service, residential system design and installations, commercial system design and installations, and complete electrical installations and service.
Sure-Fire will continue to grow and progress through the years. Our basic philosophy of concentrating our efforts toward quality design, engineering, installation, and prompt and efficient service of our products has brought us to the number one position in this area.

In 1980, twelve concerned sportsmen organized Wings Over Wisconsin to reverse the decline of upland bird habitat in our state. To date, that small group has grown into an organization with more than 4,200 members in chapters all across Wisconsin. Wings Over Wisconsin knew then, as we do now, that preserving habitat is key to wildlife’s survival and our enjoyment.
We get the job done in a variety of ways. One is working with private landowners to develop cooperative habitat and cost-share agreements. This produces improved nesting, feeding, and wintering habitat for pheasants, and other wildlife. We also work with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Together, we’ve launched and improved the DNR’s wild pheasant restoration program through the reintroduction of wild pheasants from China. We continue these efforts today through the release of wild Iowa pheasants. All this, coupled with strong partnerships within the conservation community establishes Wings Over Wisconsin as a leader in the management of the ring-necked pheasant in Wisconsin.
Just as the focus of natural resource management has shifted to an ecosystem approach, Wings Over Wisconsin has broadened the scope of our habitat efforts. In response to a more diverse, growing membership, we’re now restoring grasslands, woodlands, and wetlands, acquiring land, and adding new partners. These actions help us continually improve and expand our projects.
Since Wisconsin is blessed with such an array of resources, the challenges to preserve them are many. Wings Over Wisconsin ensures we meet those challenges with strong funding: bigger and better fundraisers and by gaining financial support through state, federal and private grants.
Wings Over Wisconsin reaches out to spread the message that natural resource conservation is important to everyone. We recognize the need for a stronger team to take on the forces that shape conservation in Wisconsin. That’s why we’re always finding new volunteers to lead a variety of projects.
Finally, to ensure the future, Wings Over Wisconsin is educating our communities and youths. From scholarships, hunter education sponsorships, legislative action, to town hall meetings, Wings Over Wisconsin is heralding the need for natural resource conservation and the importance of continuing Wisconsin’s strong outdoor heritage.

668 N. Main St. #7
Mayville, WI 53050

Relationships are an important aspect of our lives that can bring us great joy or sorrow. My great passion is helping individuals, couples, and families to find healing and insights in their lives. My clients seek help for relationship issues that make them feel disconnected, lonely, angry, and powerless to make things change. I start by creating a space for each individual to feel safe and heard. Approaching in a nonjudgmental way, we collaborate to allow their strengths to lead the way out of their darkness and find new ways to accomplish what they want most in life.
